About MKO Global House

A clear vision A personal approach

Modular living starts with a simple idea: a home should fit your life. We bring the home, the land and the people behind your project together.

Made for your next chapter

A home in Canada A team around your plans

From kit supply to a coordinated complete project, with Marcel Blaßmann as your personal point of contact.

Our story

Thoughtful homes Connected thinking

MKO Global House Construction grew from Marcel Blaßmann’s idea of making modular living accessible to more people, with a particular focus on projects in Canada.

A house is only one part of the picture. Access to the site, foundations, power, water and the final installation all shape how a home works. We consider these connections from the first conversation.

Prefabricated components are produced by our manufacturing partner in Türkiye and assembled on site in Canada. Together, we define the support your project needs and the responsibilities at each stage.

Our journey

From an idea to MKO

Practical experience, a different idea of home and the ambition to bring modular living to Canada. These are the connections behind MKO.

A closer look at the details
  1. The roots

    A practical foundation

An early interest in property, renovation and interiors shaped Marcel’s perspective on how a home works, beyond its floor plan.

  2. The idea

    A different way to live

Research into alternative housing brought modular and tiny homes into focus: flexible spaces with a scope that can adapt to different needs.

  3. The connection

    From concept to components

The concept brings together prefabricated components from a manufacturing partner in Türkiye and on-site assembly in Canada.

  4. The bigger picture

    More than the house

MKO’s approach connects the building with access, foundations and utilities. Four service scopes let clients choose how much support they need.

  5. The next chapter

    Looking towards Canada

The vision includes a local presence in Canada and opportunities to experience the homes in person. These are planned next steps as the concept develops.

What guides us

A considered approach From day one

Clear choices, personal coordination and a home that makes sense for the place you choose.

Designed around real life

Permanent living, a holiday retreat or a rental concept: we start with your intended use, your land and the level of completion you need.

Clarity before commitment

The scope, responsibilities and project requirements are discussed together. Local specialists and authorities are involved where the location requires them.

More room for independence

Grid connections or off-grid options such as solar power, storage and water treatment are considered for the conditions at your site.
