The MKO process

From first thoughts to your front door

One coordinated path, shaped around your home, your land and the scope you choose. See the decisions that connect each stage.

Personal coordination

A clear sequence A shared direction

Marcel brings the project conversations, responsibilities and next decisions together.

Stage 01

First conversation

Tell us how you want to live, where you want to build and what matters most. A first conversation helps define the idea, the intended use and your starting point.

Stage 02

Land & feasibility

We look at the location, site access and available services. Local planning, ground conditions and technical requirements shape what needs to be checked before the design is fixed.

Site questions and required reviews identified
Stage 03

Design & agreed scope

The layout, level of completion and responsibilities are brought into a project proposal. The agreed specification defines the work, interfaces and next approvals.

Stage 04

Preparation & production

Once the project is agreed, prefabricated components and transport are coordinated with site preparation. Access, lifting and foundation readiness need to meet the assembly plan.

Production, logistics and site readiness coordinated
Stage 05

Assembly & connections

The home is assembled on the prepared site. Building connections, utilities and interior work are coordinated within the chosen service scope, with specialist trades where needed.

Stage 06

Review & handover

The agreed work is reviewed together. Handover brings the completed scope, available documentation and any agreed follow-up support into one closing conversation.

Before we begin

Bring your ideas We will connect the details

You do not need a finished plan for a first conversation. These starting points help us ask the right questions.

  • Your intended use and preferred home type
  • A location or region you are considering
  • Your land status and any available site information
  • Your preferred scope, timing and budget direction

Timing is agreed for the individual project. Approvals, site conditions, specification and logistics influence the sequence.

Your next step

Every home begins with a conversation

Tell us what you have in mind. We will explore the most useful next step together.
